Stretch film

Stretch film is designed for wrapping and securing products and load units during transport and storage. Its elasticity, resistance to stretching and good cling properties help stabilize loads and reduce the risk of shifting or damage during transportation. Depending on the application, it is available in versions designed for manual and machine wrapping, as well as solutions with specific performance characteristics.

Variants

  • Hand stretch film – Hand stretch film is designed for manually wrapping and securing loads, particularly pallets and individual products. It enables efficient and controlled packaging without the need for specialized equipment.
  • Mini Rapy – Mini Rapy is a convenient form of stretch film designed for manually securing smaller products and components. Its compact format makes it easier to precisely wrap hard-to-reach or irregular surfaces.
  • Coreless stretch film – Coreless stretch film does not have a cardboard core inside the roll, helping to reduce waste after use and lower the weight of the roll. This solution also allows for efficient use of the material during packaging.
  • Prestretch – Prestretch film is pre-stretched during the manufacturing process, meaning it requires less stretching during application. This helps reduce material consumption and makes it easier to achieve the appropriate tension when wrapping.
  • Machine stretch film – Machine stretch film is designed for use with pallet wrappers and automated packaging processes. It provides consistent wrapping performance and efficient securing of a larger number of load units.
  • Active Layer Super Strong stretch film – STOP stretch film is a non-stretch variant designed for securing loads where high stability after wrapping is essential. It offers high mechanical resistance and helps maintain the stability of the secured load unit.
